My team wants to cancel. How do we do that? Can we get a refund?
When you have our team help get you reinstated on YouTube, we charge a partial, non-refundable, deposit due to the amount of work to audit the account and get your business case submitted. If we are unable to get your account approved for reinstatement, we do not invoice you for the remainder of the service rendered.
